Doesn't hurt to add more nutrients to your meals
Grapenut (100% whole grain) cereal. I added about 2 tablespoons of rolled oats. A little bit of stevia for sweetness, with unsweetened Almond milk!

Zucchini pasta with marina sauce
Take a zucchini. Slice off the skin with a potato peeler. Throw away skin. Then take potato peeler and shred strips of zucchini till you get to core then stop. Cook over olive oil till soft. Add your favorite sauce!
