Cheesy Sauce Kale Chips

This one is a great price and same temp for anything you cook so you don't have to worry about any extra steps, just place kale on tray for 1 day and just monitor how long it takes.

The sauce recipe:

In a blender

Juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
1 bell red bell pepper (chopped, no seeds)
1 cup cashews, soaked (Soak for 2 hours)

blend till smooth

Massage in a bowl of Kale cut up or ripped into chip size pieces! Wash Kale and make sure completely dry before adding sauce.

Place on dehydrator trays! Let dehydrate for 1 day or 8 hours, follow instructions on dehydrator because some are done differently!
