I have a similar breakfast every morning yo...Mmmmm. I have a similar breakfast every morning you might want to try. I take Quaker Oats (the quick one-minute version), vegan-friendly trailmix (almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cherries, raisins, etc.), cinnamon powder, fresh fruit (either bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mango, or a combination), and vanilla soy or almond milk. No cooking or sugar needed. It's absolutely delicious, gives you tons of energy, and I hear that the almonds are supposed to be great for your skin (I have no clue about the last claim. I am just a guy that loves good vegan food.)
